1. The Foundation of Our Agreement

Welcome to FormCraft Furnishings. By accessing our digital workshops or purchasing our modular furniture kits, you're agreeing to these terms. They're here to protect both your creative journey and our hard work. We've spent over 12 years refining our designs, and we're excited to share them with you.

Have you read the fine print before starting your build? It's essential. By using this site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old or under the supervision of an adult who is equally passionate about DIY craftsmanship.

2. Workshop & Tool Liability

Safety first. Always. When participating in our Flatbush Avenue workshops or using our digital DIY guides, you acknowledge that home improvement involves certain risks. We provide the modular blueprints, but the execution is in your hands. We don't take responsibility for mishaps involving power tools or rogue masonry bits.

Safety Protocols

Participants in our in-person sessions must adhere to all safety briefings. No exceptions. We're proud of our 100% safety record in New York, and we intend to keep it that way through shared accountability.

Tool Usage

Usage of FormCraft Furnishings heavy machinery is restricted to certified staff or supervised project leads.

Insurance

Our facility is fully insured, however, personal liability remains with the participant for external kit assembly.

Blueprints

Modular designs are provided for personal use. Commercial replication is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for structural modifications made outside of our specific design parameters.

3. Intellectual Property

Every modular joint and decor concept you see is the property of FormCraft Furnishings. We love seeing your progress photos, but please don't resell our kits as your own designs. That's just bad form. If you're looking for a wholesale partnership, reach out to our team at info@yorck.info.
